Oh, hey there, Smot. Please find a way to replicate just about every aspect of your game on Saturday in our upcoming Big Ten and (basketball gods willing) NCAA tourney runs. Seriously, from the transition points, to the seemingly out of nowhere post moves, to nailing key free throws down the stretch, Evan played off the hook, which proved critical with the Valentine-fueled foul trouble Jordan Morgan found himself in early on. Really, there was only one aspect of Evan’s game that stood out starkly as needing major improvements: celebratory panache (actually also rebounding). ESPN picked up a regrettable photo of one post-bucket Smot growl for its front page bubble story, and I don’t know, the image just screams “goose” to me—and not in a good, Anthony Edwards kind of way. Evan clearly has much to learn from fellow-frosh and preeminent photo op, Tim Hardaway Jr.
In all seriousness, what an awesome win. Crisler was absolutely rocking—and with the current roster, I can’t help but think that type of atmosphere is going to be more norm than exception over the next couple seasons. Incomprehensible Japanese dance pop, GO!!!!

More Slay Tracks!
Sorry, guys. I have a ton on my plate ATM. I’ll get back to reg posts as soon as I can.
But since you’re here, Andy, any Spring Game plans? I have an acting gig that afternoon (seriously, that’s not even a joke), so I won’t be able to attend, but a beverage of a refreshing nature and/or a slice or two of choice Italian foodstuffs sometime that eventide would be right up my alley.
I probably won’t be able to make it up for the spring game. The weekend before I have my grandmother’s 90th birthday so I will miss that weekend of work already. I am definitely planning on coming up in May sometime though.
