This Is The Pop That Wins

As I mentioned in the last post, I am hellbent on proving to Andy that I’m not stuck in the 90’s. Case in point: this post about “Friday” by Rebecca Black. Would a grungy, teenage mutant turtle watching, Starter jacket wearing, 90’s provocateur like me post such a contemporary piece like “Friday” by Rebecca Black? Rebeccafreakingblack!? Would I Andy!?

But just in case you’re not one of the 67 million people who has seen this video, do yourself a favor and watch it all the way through. It’s painful in one of those “can’t-stop-watching-a-car-crash” kind of ways. If you watch Glenn Beck for fun, you know what I mean (don’t mean to make this political, but it’s so apt). Even better is the second video below it. Also, check out Conan’s cover here.
